Concentrate on getting healthy with exercise and good eating habits and you will get to your goal. Try not to stress yourself out with deadlines too much just aim for your goal and don't let anything stand in your way till you get there no matter how long that takes.
There are plenty of challenges to join in with and exercise and food diaries if you feel they will help. Feel free to join in wherever you are comfortable.
