Postby amanda-jane » Mon Nov 27, 2006 3:10 pm

Hi :)

I am a newbie

My name is Amanda-Jane and I have a fair amount of weight to loose

I am 28 year old SAHM with three bubs - a three year old girl, 20 month old boy and 8 week old girl.

I have a lot of trouble with emotional eating and motivation !!!!

I wanted to go on the tony furgeson diet but becuase I am breastfeeding I can't - So it looks like I am going to just try and eat healthy and exersize (well try and)

Did I also mention that I have Chronic Fatigue Syndrome which makes things more harder ----------

I have always been on the larger side but always in the healthy BMI. And I was always very active, then I became Sick and put at least 40kg on within a year!!!

That was about 7 years ago now and it is time for me to shift this wieght!!!!!

Hi Amanda-Jane and welcome to the forum!! Anything is possible you just have to believe in yourself!! Feel free to jump into any challenges on offer to help keep you motivated!! Eating healthy and exercising is a great way to lose weight!! As you are breastfeeding make sure you check with your doctor or dietician to make sure that you are providing your body with enough nutrients to keep your bubby satisfied!! I am also a SAHM with 4 kids and there are plenty of us here!!

I wish you all the best and I am looking forward to seeing your progress!!
