:oops: my name is fat cat :oops: .im 33 years young.i have my owen bussiness with my mum(dozzy).It is so hard to eat heathy,when my personal
cupboard(the shop) is fill of pies,chips,choc,choc,choc,snag rolls.In july ,i was going to the gym and lost 20kg BUTi have put 10kg back on.i need to wake up to myself before i put the hole lot back on .well that is a little bit about my life.thanks for listening.

hi there, welcome to our wonderful, inspiring, emotional, knowledgeable forum.
You have a real temptation at work don't you!!!!! you poor thing.
I'd just keep saying to myself ( if i was in the same position) "i know what all this stuff tastes like, its not like i need to try everything!!!" I will be strong.
Do you take a nice healthy lunch to work? i find that helps me :lol:
although when the staff at my work have lovely morning teas, i sometimes just cant seem to help myself :oops: :oops:

Hi FatCat and welcome to the forum!! Wow you and your mum on here....I think this is the first time (since I have been here) that we have had a mum and daughter!!

Congratulations on your weight loss so far, and yes as you said you need to pull your socks up before the rest of the weight is piled on. You have came to the right place for motivation!! I wish you all the best!!

Thanks for sharing with us Fat Cat and I love your little cat pic it is so cute.

You need to get back to what you were doing to lose the 20kgs so you don't put it all back on that would be very disheartening. You definitely need to be strong and find some strategies so you don't give into the temptation of the yummies around you. Crikey it must be difficult that's for sure.
