Hi, I'm 21 and I've been overweight for, oh, at least 10 years. I levelled out at 90kg for quite some time, and to be honest I was reasonably comfortable with that weight. Not happy, per se, but I certainly wasn't making any moves to try to lose any weight.
Over the past year and a half I've been slowly gaining weight though. I'm currently 104kg. At my heaviest I was 110kg, and then an unintentional change in diet caused me to lose those 6kg and the happiness I felt at that fact has finally prompted me to do something about my weight.
Not really sure what I'm doing yet, hoping this forum will give me some helpful tips and support.
I rather like the weekly weigh-in idea, and I'll be posting there for sure
