Hi Girls

Sorry haven't been posting but second day back at work on th 10th of Jan, I had an accident and was taken to hospital with dislocated shoulder. I'm only starting to get movement after ligament tears etc so has been a problem typing.

It looks like you're all doing great. Look forward to posting more when I get back on track.

Hi everyone,

I hope u don't mind me joining in, I've tried intro'ing myself in the newbies section but no one is replying.
I joined this forum on 26/2/12. I am getting close to GW but I've had almost a month of no weight loss. I've gotten myself a new pair of trainers & a heart rate monitor and I have done heaps of research on losing the last 5kg, even tho I have 7 to go, it's close to 5 & there's a lot of info on it. So I'm hoping, with my new determination & my goal to shed this last 7 in 7 weeks.
