I'm Back :(

Postby emmer138 » Sun Jan 01, 2012 11:15 pm

hi guys!

I dont know if anybody on here will remember me at all. its been a while since i've been on here.. Last time i was, i received alot of support which really helped me alot in my weightloss. i ended up getting down to around 75kg (from 90kg) and was loving it... then boredom, laziness, excuses, and chocolate came back into the picture. i always used to say 'i just dont understand how someone can lose so much weight, feel so good about themselves, then pile it all back on again plus more'... well now i understand. its done the exact same way it was done in the first place, duh!

so! my hubby and i thought we'd use the new year as an excuse to get off our butts and lose weight again. hes been pretty down about his weight gain, and got on the scales and realised hes 8kg heavier than his heaviest. so we're going to try really hard to get healthy and stop being lazy!

hopefully we can get the support we need on here, as well from each other, and keep on track :) if anybody else out there has a similar story to mine, please feel free to contact me!

i look forward to talking to a whole heap of new people and giving them support as well!

thanks! xo - emma

Hi Emmer (and hubby!) and welcome back.

At least you know what to do and since you've done it before you can do it again.
Good luck with it all!
