Starting really is the hard part. Its easier to keep going when you build up momentum. Personally I went on lite n easy for a month. Did wonders - more to my confidence in being ABLE to lose weight (i was starting to think it wasnt even possible). I wasn't planning on staying on it long, and I didn't. After a few weeks I went back to buying my own food, and since then I've lost another 5-6kgs or therabouts trying just to eat healthy. I am not at all strict with myself (which is why I lose so pitifully slow
It worked for me, but I wouldn't neccesarily recommend LnE to everyone. Its pretty expensive for what it is, and may not even be possible if you have a family as well. But there are other diets simialr like that out there. Or you could try shakes - do some research on whats out there. For the record, im not advocating starving yourself or eating unhealthy. But a few weeks of lower calorie intake and succesfull weightloss can do WONDERS for confidence and motivation.
