PT interested in weight loss

Postby APT » Wed Nov 29, 2006 4:40 pm

Hi I'm a Personal Trainer from Melbourne, and I'm interested in learning more about weight loss and also sharing my knowledge and helping in any way I can.

I am currently 93kg at 17% bodyfat and have usually been into muscle building and weight training, but I am now wanting to get down to 10% BF, so I am looking forward to this new experiene.

Hello APT and welcome to the forum.

17% body fat is not bad at all but 10% would make you very lean indeed. I am guessing by those figures you are a bloke as 10% for a female would be bodybuilding comp condition. Not that that matters but I was just trying to work it out is all.

Anyway, I wish you all the best for your fatloss journey. :D
