Hello from newbie!!!

Hi All :)

Yesterday I came across this forum and really loved the support and advise. I have about 4 weeks ago started working on my weight which is a combined effort od Duromine, healty food and exercise. I lost 8 kg in 4 weeks..YAY, still have another 40kg to go, tough road.

I recently read some literature about how Lotus Leaf Tea helps in weight loss, just wondering if anyone has any thoughts on it?

great effort the last four weeks! you must be feeling much better already.

as for the q re: the tea. im not acquainted with the tea, but i use green tea, black tea, rooibos, black adder and red raspberry leaf teas to fill me up if im peckish out of meal and snack times. id say give it go as long as there arent any well documented contraindications from taking it.

Congrats on your weight loss so far sunnys. Every kilo is a step closer and is just as significant in the big picture... So good on you!

Great ideas babylove, have never thought of tea to ward off hunger... May stock up on some!
