Hi there - I'm Sapphire, and I'm new around here! I'm in my late 20's and needing to lose around 21kg to get to my 'ideal' body weight for my height. I put on a stack of weight after meeting my husband (as you do when you're in love!) and since having a baby. But no more excuses, my 'baby' is now almost 3 years old and I'm still 7kg over my pre pregnancy weight!
I am changing a lot of things in my life, we now live an active life as we just moved close to the beach and I have a pretty fast paced job where I don't sit down much at all.
