Hi Everyone, I am Newbie

I a e begun my weight loss journey, I have been successful in losing 17kg so far I am 96kg and need to lose another 30kg. I have a permanant back injury, so I exercise in the local ool and alternate between swimming and walking. I love the water. I have a few motivations for losing weight, and they are for health reasons, type2 diabetes, my back, and 2 family weddings and a second grandbaby due this year. Thatsall from me for now

Hi and welcome! Wow you have already done so well! I also have a back issue and have been told swimming is all I should do in terms of exercise. Unfortunately I also have a 2yr old and a 5mnth old so getting to the pool is impossible at the moment. Do you know of any other good ways to exercise with back problems?
