Thanks, I live in the Glenbrook area, got about 12 acres, so it keeps me busy.
I've been away for 10 days, so about to update my weekly weigh in page.....

Hello again,
89.3kg for a loss of 1.1kg this week
Clothes I bought recently are getting baggy, and I have to keep pulling up a new pair of jeans, yay.

Sorry wants2loseweight, I'm not on any meds, that was mayden posting a reply to me.
My Dr just told me to lose weight and do exercise, otherwise I would end up on them.
I feel much more energetic and generally feeling better already.

Until next week :D

Well done, keep at it.

To answer the meds question Gopten for BP, Lipitor for cholesterol, panadine fort, panadol osteo, (tramal sometimes) for pain. The cholesterol was strange I went from 2 to 12 in a really short time, the blood pressure also went up at the same time. I really need another test done, I am going to wait until I get back from holidays in March.
