Drops of weight loss?

Yes, so I was listening to 'Drops of Jupiter' and had nothing else to post as a subject line.

Hello!

I'm 22, 117.6kgs, 162cm, I have arthritis among many other medical issues and I've decided that it is time to get off my butt and actually do something. My boyfriend, although living in another state is my motivation and support and I wouldn't have been so motivated to continue without him. I am absolutely wreaked after walking with mates for just under 2 hours today so this will be short, but I hope to chat more as time goes on!

Truthfully my current plan of action is to eat healthier, cut down on portion sizes and exercise more.

So I walked around the lake with a couple of mates yesterday for just under two hours, then walked to walk today which took just under an hour. Other days I'll be using the Gym and going to the pool. I really hope that I don't wear my hips out and that I will keep motivated. Truthfully in regards to being motivated, this is the best I've felt.
