Hello! My name is Stefanie. I am 28, and relativly new to perth (been here for 8 months). And since being here, Ive met my boyfriend and decided to stay. Ive tried weight watchers and jenny craig, and had success, but never kept it off. After I awhile, i start to slack, and get back into the downward spiral. Plus I tend to be an emotional eater. Since Australia seems to be my new start, I have decided that I am going to try this again, and have betterresults. I just need to keep my motivation up. I want to loose about about 32 kilos. looking for any support i can get
