Just wanted to introduce myself. Looking forward to being here and starting my journey into the weight loss area! I'm looking to lose 45lbs! Look forward to talking to some of you here :)

What action do you take to be losing 21kgs?

I find that doing a 'weekly weigh in' is helpful, so check out the thread and consider posting in there! :)
