Well done, that's day number 1 done, you have now proven to yourself that you are capable of doing this thing. All you have to do is take it one day at a time...and hey, look...therre goes a day...and another....
My big tip if you are used to eating heaps of crap is to take it slowly. You have a great pile of motivation right now after your doc told you burgers=no baby, but in 3 weeks time if you've cut everything out all at once you will be surprised how non-existant you motivation is when you're standing in front of a KFC or somewhere!!
Try substituting - if you're a burger woman, try making chickpea patties (or any other wholesome burger like substitute) and serve in a wholemeal roll with salads. And then slowly substitute and drop things from then on.
