How long have you been on the plateau?
My guess would be since the holidays and that you're having problems getting yourself properly motivated again.
If this is the case I'd suggest you set yourself daily goals re diet and exercise...maybe even hourly, if necessary.
Good luck ..I'm just starting back after a few years of ballooning so I really do hope that you get down off that plateau and dont start rising again xx
