Congratulations on losing 40k :)

How long have you been on the plateau?

My guess would be since the holidays and that you're having problems getting yourself properly motivated again.

If this is the case I'd suggest you set yourself daily goals re diet and exercise...maybe even hourly, if necessary.

Good luck ..I'm just starting back after a few years of ballooning so I really do hope that you get down off that plateau and dont start rising again xx

Thank you so much for your reply . i have been plateau for about 3-4 months , I have tried changing my diet and started a new exercise workout but still nothing .
Believe it or not i lost 40kgs and did nothing to change my lifestyle hence didnt exercise or change my diet :S weird i know my doctor cant even explain it .
I will try doing what you have suggested and see how i go , Thanks so much for your reply ..

Good Luck back on your weightloss journey :)
