My name is Katie and I am 21 years of age. I began my weight loss journey in mid December 2011 and have since dropped my weight from 81kg to 69kg. As I am 172cm tall (5"8 I think that converts to?) I would like to further reduce my weight to between 60-65kg. The rate at which I have lost weight was quicker than I had anticipated as due to seeing the weight loss techniques my parents have unsuccessfully used, I decided I did not want to go on a diet but rather completely change my lifestyle. Currently, I exercise at least 4 ~ one hour sessions each week which is made up of generally 30 mins cardio and at least 30 mins weights. However, I have found that even though my fitness, measurements and medical measurements have improved greatly, I have reached a point where I am finding it much more difficult to shift the weight. Hence, I have signed up to this forum to hopefully gain insight and guidance from the successes of others and where possible help others by sharing my own experiences. If anyone can provide any tips it would be greatly appreciated.
