After many years of wanting to lose weight I have finally decided to commit myself to the long term. I had to put the decision on hold due to mental health problems (depression, anxiety) but now I'm in a much better place and theres no excuse not to start. :)
I'm young and ready to go! Wish me luck!

You've tackled the others, weight loss is long and challenging but at least your head's in the right place for it now...good luck :)

Well done on the anxiety and depression, so many people just do not get how bad this can be.

I am sure you will find getting more exercise and eating healthy will also keep you on track. Good luck and keep checking in with us.

Anxiety and depression can be very debilitating so congratulations on having worked on that. :)

I had depression once throughout school, but it's good that you've moved along and your getting fit!
