Im kind of excited to be joining this forum. Im 27 and have tried so many different diet plans but think i now am on track.
I have just completed a 10week fitness challenge. I have lost cm, increased my strength and improved my run times. I didnt loose as much weight as i thought i would so i now need to focus on my diet.
Ive learnt over the years i cant control my diet, so i need somoene else to, until i learn. So i have signed up for Lite n' Easy and have my first delivery next week. If anyone has had some success with them, id love to hear your story! What calorie plan did you start on?
I have a 10km fun run in June and REALLY hope i can do it in under 1.5 hours ( I have plantar fasciatis, so i get a lot of pain with my calves and arches - my team mates call me "stretchy" because im always stretching them out!). I also have a friends wedding and would love to be able to buy a dress i feel confident in. Hopefully an 18. Its 10 weeks away.
