Time to start pulling my weight

Postby Lucifer » Thu Apr 05, 2012 7:44 pm

Hey guys,

Im male, 23years old, 6ft and weigh 120kgs
When I was about 15 I was incredibly fit and involved in several sports. Once I left school at 16 and started a trade I ending up swapping sports for fast food. When i was 18 I was living by myself and daily I would usualy have Mcdonalds for breakfast, then go to a lunchbar at smoko and lunch followed by Pizza or more Maccas or HJ's for dinner. 5years later I have decided I want to get down to 80kgs. I have had a few half ass attempts at losing weight but they only last a few days. So I decided to join this forum and look at other peoples stories to help gain motorvation and lose some weight.

Cheers
Luc

I'd say you've come to the right place because it's really helping me even though I've only been coming here for a short time.

Good luck with your journey, you will feel so much better once the weight starts to come off and you're exercising...I do :)

Hey Luc

I just read your post and thought I would send you over a message to say welcome to the forum

this is definitely the right place if your looking for motivation and to look at other peoples stories... you can turn your body around faster than you may think. Trust me I know.

I lost 17Lb, 3.6% body fat and 9 inches in less than 30days just by changing my diet. And thats including have a cheat day at the weekend where I stuff my face.

[Removed commercial links]

If ya have any questions I'd be more than happy to help, GOOD LUCK and welcome to the forum again.

Thanks again guys,

Been a week now since I joined. Didnt do to well over easter weekend, my wife is pregnant and sends me out all hours of the night to get her food to satisy her cravings. Had fish n chips and mcdonalds over the long weekend but since then I have eaten smaller portions of good food and been to the gym daily.

weighed myself tonight and I have lost 2.4kgs. Its a good start i think, i feel alot less bloated, just gotta stay motivated!
