Hi everyone :)

My name's Kellie, I'm 27 and new to this site. I'm trying to lose 5 - 10kg and need people to keep me motivated! I'm going on night shift for the next few days which is tough when I'm trying to watch my diet .... always seem to get ridiculously hungry at about 4am! Any other shift workers out there have the same problem??

I did nights for years so I can sympathise with you7 about feeling hungry about 4am. I used to eat at any time we weren't busy,....look at me now! LOL

Suggestion: Take a meal and a snack with you. Eat the snack at your 'full break' and the meal later when you are feeling hungry
