I want to lose 8.5kgs, the same 8.5 kgs that's I've been trying to leave behind for about 5 years now. My BMI puts me into the overweight category so I want to regain some health and be in the middle of the healthy BMI scale. And fit into half the clothes still hanging in my wardrobe from slimmer days, some days I think I need to respect where I am today and pack away the old and accept the new but most days I want to go back to days when anything in the wardrobe fit and I didn't have to change four times searching for something that still zips/closes/doesn't gape. This past year I've been able to maintain the weight (even lose a modest 1.5kg) and I feel that now is the time to turn the scale backwards.
Hopefully with the help of the tips and support on weightloss I can achieve the goal.
