
I've followed many diets, low carb, high protein, eat nothing untill you're about to pass out - I've trained 4 hours a day/7 days a week, I've had Personal Trainers in my face! I've gone on diet pills, meal shakes and hunger suppresents... But I still end up here!
I'm not taking anyone professional advice. I'm changing my eating habits (I think we all know right from wrong!), I'm upping the exercise, and SLOWLY but surely, it's working... 5kg down YAY!!
I hope with the extra motivation from you guys, I can make that 5kg, 40kg!
