I've been looking around the site a bit, so thought i'd register and get on board.
I'm a 24 year old guy who two years ago weighed in at 146kg, after healthy eatting and a bit of exercise(on and off), I managed to drop down to 124kg(What I currently am). As I've come this far I've decided to change things completely, stop going on little "weight loss hiatuses" and make changes that will allow me to get to my goal weight of 80kg-90kg.
I'm looking to change my whole diet and also implement a 5-6 day a week exercise program, I'm trying to set something up that I will be able to see as a long term change, not just something that I will toss aside once I've reached my goal weight.
If anyone has any tips, would love to hear them.
