Hi, I am new to this forum, and thought by posting my journey it would help me stay on track!! I have previously found that weighing in and recording my weight each week really assisted me keeping my motivation up!
So, I am 35 years old, have 2.5 year old twin boys and would love to lose 13.5 kgs over the next 4 months.
After having twins I thought the weight would naturally drop off, but having since being diagnosed with Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome, I know realise why the weight hasn't shifted. So, I have to be very controlled with my portions and carb intake, and given we lead a very busy life, we have decided to give Lite N Easy a try. I am doing the full 7 day lunch and dinners, husband is just doing dinners.
So here it goes, and hopefully the weight will steadily come off my body (and mind!!)
