You can keep a blog in the Personal Progress sub-board like many of us do. You can join in the challenges. you can participate in the general discussions on diet and health, even post before and after pictures like some of the braver souls!
Basically, most of us here have been in your shoes and are either currently losing or have lost a lot of weight, experiencing along the way all the usual ups and downs, successes and temporary failures.
