So hay.....new here...jeez bet you've all heard that before... lol..so I'm 23 an I'm turning 24 in just under 5months... and i want to loose 16kg by then...so i started 9 days ago, and have already lost 2.7kg

and hired myself a personal trainer...if I'm going to loose this weight my big downfall isn't what i eat its my lack of exercise time to get fit an healthy even more so since my divorce is official and I've finally met my soulmate who is actually supportive of my goals and dreams instead of my ex who used to try and sabotage them.
so 16kg 5months..twice a week pt sessions ...lets kick this asses fat off
