Getting back on the horse..

Postby milf.in.da.makin » Sat Jun 09, 2012 10:13 pm

What a brilliant site! I am so glad I have stumbled across it and perfect timing too!
I am a single mum living in QLD, my little one is 1 year old and I think it is about time to get back on the horse, so to speak. I was at a slim and trim 65kg before falling pregnant but ballooned out to 90kg at 9 months pregnant (it hurts to even write that!) and I am now at 95kg- enough is enough. Although I do want to lose weight my ultimate goal is to achieve a healthy lifestyle, one that I can pass onto my child.

My starting weight is 95kg.
I would like to lose at least 10kg by December (in 6 months’ time).
My ideal weight is 70kg which is a total of 25kg to shed.

If anyone else is searching for a healthier lifestyle and want to share note and achievements, feel free to contact me :)

Wish me luck!

Hope you are going well in your journey so far.
All the best
I lost 25 kilos when I was 19 and have kept it off ever since.
At 22 I was diagnosed with cancer - Burkitts Leukaemia, had 8 rounds of intense chemotherapy and battled with my weight again right throughout this journey.
I am now Fitter Healthier and Stronger than I ever have been and i am now in the health and fitness profession helping others become Fitter Healthier and Stronger.
