Hi everyone!

I suppose I joined this community to get some support, make myself accountable and have a go-to place when I'm feeling weak.
Last year was all about improving my MENTAL and EMOTIONAL wellbeing, and this year has been about improving my PHYSICAL wellbeing. I am committed to my goals, I just feel that sometimes I give in and I have been suffering from major food guilt recently to the point where it interferes with my every day life and I hate it.

I hope to overcome this by having this as a safety net. Can't wait to get involved!

Welcome and hope we can all encourage you in some small way.

You can do a weekly weigh in like some, write down your daily food intake so you can review, make your pledge which you have done (good luck) or just ask away if you have any queries or even just share your thoughts for the day.

Just through getting this all up and running has made me more conscientious about what I eat today :)
I hope it makes me think this way every day!
