Hi everyone!
I suppose I joined this community to get some support, make myself accountable and have a go-to place when I'm feeling weak.
Last year was all about improving my MENTAL and EMOTIONAL wellbeing, and this year has been about improving my PHYSICAL wellbeing. I am committed to my goals, I just feel that sometimes I give in and I have been suffering from major food guilt recently to the point where it interferes with my every day life and I hate it.
I hope to overcome this by having this as a safety net. Can't wait to get involved!
