Well, starting weight 127.4kg. I'm 185cm so I'm really just too short, as the old joke goes...To reach the 'normal' category of the BMI I need to reach 85kg. Friends tell me that's crazy, but if it's good enough for Roger Federer (same height) it should fit me perfectly. Just can't imagine not lugging around ten extra housebricks, as I am now. I don't consume any shakes, weight loss tabs or liquids; just eat healthy and regularly. That's when I'm in the zone! Other meds (apparently) increase appetite and it would be easy to blame these if I fall off. But I am happy to take all responsibility for everything that passes my lips. Most days are good, some not so. Just like everybody else.
