Hi to all weightlosers

Hi there, I am timothy and I managed to lose some weight in the past but I am worried if I will keep it that way. I do not want to lose much more, but not gain anything either. Now I wonder how I have to change my former eating habits to succeed in doing that.

hnmmm. I think all you have to do is to do what u use to do. Or eat normal. Then you can do some exercise too. You need to be fit and healthy. :) Just do the right things. Monitor what you eat. Do your meal plans as well .:)
