Hi I just wanted to introduce myself and say a big HI to everyone:)
My name is Sarah, over the last 3.5 years since my youngest was born I have slowly ballooned from 88kg to 108kg and am trying to lose it the right way.
I have started using Calorie King, stopped drinking a six pack of beer a day and am exercising at least an hour a day.
I start with the 30day shred (on day 6) I managed to do 25 mins today tomorrow I should be able to do the last couple of exercises.
I also use my wii fit plus mostly the hula hooping.
Next week I am going to start also using the more active on the wii.
I also try to run around with the kids a bit during the day and am on my feet at work mostly on weekends as it is in a pub kitchen, which is an issue in itself.
