Hi,

I'm a married 38yr old Mum of 7 children.

Yet again on the weightloss path..

Ive done this once I can do it again!!

Back in 01/02 I lost 33kilos...

Since 2003 I have gained it all back and more.

I have so far lost 21 kilos and counting.
I'm in the dreaded triple figures and my first major goal is to get under 100kgs and I am only 7kilos off that!!
I have given myself until the end of September to do so.

I enjoy walking, cycling and weights.

Mind you I am only just getting into the weight scene but it has always been something I was interested in.

I look forward to chatting with you all and gaining some tips and also supporting others on this task we have set.

Hi wannabeafitmum,

I reckon if you've done it once then there's less chance of feeling overwhelmed and that the effort is doomed to failure. Fear of the unknown, and all that.

Getting under the 100 mark is a great goal, and can be a powerful motivator once reached. Keep us informed of your progress!
