Hi my name's Ellie. I'm excited because it's spring and I've decided enough's enough. My weight has been creeping, creeping, creeping and I don't want to get to a point where I have 30kg to lose! At this stage it's 8kg, but not too long ago it was, 7, 6, 5 etc... Time to get serious. I need to start embracing any exercise I can get, rather than waiting for the 'right time' to get a good session in at the gym. Simply need to move more!
I have lost this weight once before by counting calories. I am struggling to lose it again though, so think I will need to go back to the strict calorie-counting that worked last time.
