Hi Amy and welcome to the forum!

Whichever style of weightloss you choose, make sure it is something you can stick with for the long haul, not just for a few weeks or months!! And be sure to set yourself mini goals and give yourself adequate time to achieve them to maintain you motivation for such a big overall goal!!

It's always good to have another member and I look forward to seeing you on the forum!

Cheers,
Tegan

Im about the same, im not on a diet and i dont miss out on anything. I just make better choices with smaller portions, i think if i was trying to restrict myself i wouldnt have lost these 17 kilos because it can be just too hard to stick to a plan without feeling horribly guilty!

I love the 'eat less crap, do more sweaty stuff' diet!

Thats pretty much what I am trying to do, but very difficult when you have a toddler and a baby! (Well I think it is anyway) I can only fit in a few minutes exercise here and there when child 1 is sleeping otherwise he drives me insane!

Has anyone seen the TV ad where the mum is jumping around to the wiggles while the little girl is looking at her like she is mad? Well I think they have a secret camera looking in on my house!

Good luck with whatever you decide Amy and remember you are not alone!
