Hi Mira
The key to dieting is to use more energy than calories you intake each day.
Exercise and diet together can lead to reall life changing lifestyles.
I am sticking to 1200 calories a week and exercising by walking daily and doing aerobics and toning exercises.
I am 69.2 kgs and my height is 153cm. I'm a size 14 and am aiming to be a size 10.
