I'm new around here from WA I have two kids a hubby and work full time
as a property manager.
I've been on many different diets except the old fashion limit calorie intac drink water and exercise!
So I've finally given up fad diets and Doing it the long way! However the long way doesn't feel so long I'm 3.5 kilos down 9.5 to go.
