hi grug! move those charity choccys to another counter or desk so you dont eat any more! how long have they been sitting there? theyre probably off! lol. we all have shocking periods when it comes to weightloss. dont let it get you down. remember how good you felt when you lost those 6kg and think about why you want to get to your goal so badly. we are all here for support! if weightloss was easy there wouldnt be so many overweight people in this world!

Hi Joan nice to see you again and welcome back.

I agree with Kate try to think back to how you felt when you lost those kilos and the reasons why you wanted to lose weight in the first place. It isn't an easy journey and you do need to be quite focused I have found. The charity chocolates and biscuit barrels just aren't an option for me anymore. Determination and a strong will go a long way and if you fall off, pick yourself up and get back on track.

Best of luck on your weightloss journey. :D

Hi Grug,
Every one of us has had 'slip ups' (ok so maybe slip up is a little weak) but the idea is that you learn and move on and that's what you are doing by jumping back on here, so good on you!
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!

"You can't change the winds, but you can change the sails"

"Reach out and take control of what lands in your lap"
