Hi all, its time to to make some changes so here goes.
I am only 148cm tall and I returned to work last year in
August after having 5 years at home with my son. I used to walk/run everyday when I dropped him at school and before I collected him. Since I returned to work I have stopped exercising and I am consuming way too many calories (and wine). I am 47 and have found that the older you get the harder it is to shift the weight. I would like to lose about 8kgs but have set myself 5kgs to start with. I hope I can do this
