Hi, i'm 17 years old, my name's kevin and i'm today at 95,8 kg (i'm fat i know)
i do cardio every other day and between these cardio days, i do bodybuilding (3 times one hour a week)
is it good if i buy these Whey Protein shakes and creatine stuff or shouldn't i?
i want to lose weight but gain muscle (not extreme, just want to get ripped)
