Don't listen to people saying you can't, if people try to bring you down, remember, they're basically saying you're standing higher than they are,
people shouldn't tell you you can't, while you're actually doing it , while they aren't.
Everyone, I say everyone, even people with "bad genetics" , can get in the shape they want, with the right dedication and right motivation.
Set yourself small goals, like for Tony: go for 95 kg's, then give yourself a present like a massage, haircut,...
after that go for the 90 kg (note: I've been stuck for two weeks at 92,5 kg so don't be disappointed, you're gaining a lot of muscle as well, REMEMBER THAT!
Just keep doing mini goals 'till you have reached your ending goal, and when you've reached that , point yourself a maximum weight, and diet again and sport again until you're again at your -i'm at perfect weight- zone
Keep up the progress.
