Hi everyone, great website!!!
I'm a 31 year old guy about to embark on my challenge to lose about 15 kgs and get back into shape.
Back about 10 years ago i was playing top level sport, and my body shape was very athletic and toned. Over the last 6 - 8 years i have been enjoying the foods and drinks that are bad for you, and its time to make the switch back!
Im 5'11 and currently weigh 93 kgs. While i don't see myself as hugely overweight, id definitely like to shed some kilos in the next 12 weeks. My goal weight is 78 - 80 kgs by mid May - June.
Ive put myself on a strict diet in conjunction with a training plan which starts tomorrow 18/2. Its going to involve many 5 and 6am early morning running sessions, bike riding and weights in the evening. The early mornings will be hard, but i dont want excuses, just results.
Many foods and drinks are out the window such as Mc Donalds, pizza, beer and coffee. I will substitute these with porridge, salads, vegetables, boiled eggs, lean meats, green tea and LOTS of water.

Ive never really had a crack at losing weight, so wish me luck!!
