I've just joined this forum looking for tips and encouragement.
At Christmas I decided I wanted to lose 20kgs before December 2013.
At my weigh-in today I've lost a total of 7.6kgs so far.
I've tried going to the gym, swimming and cycling but what I find is working for me is walking.
Last week I walked 10km on two occasions and dropped 1.6kgs this week.
I'm going to walk the Bridge to Brisbane on 1st September so this is a good motivator for me.
I also use Runkeeper where I set myself goals and find this motivates me too.
I hope to make new like-minded friends on here so we can help each other.
