Start with small changes in your life. Remember it took you years of bad unhealthy habits to get the body you have today so don't expect to change everything overnight. Build good habits into your life slowly and permanent weight loss will be achieved. Think healthy lifestyle rather than diet and exercise programs.

Read through the old Forum posts...there are many helpful tips to be found. If you have any burning questions - just post them and we will see what we can do!

First tip: The battle for weight loss isn't about your waist - it's about what is happening in your head. Fill your head with positive thoughts, critical thinking (ask the question "How can I do this better?") and build the momentum with each success. :D
