Hey Everyone!
Just introducing myself. I am new to the forums, and new to weight loss!
I am 19 years old, started at 67kg, 28% body fat. My goal is to get down to 18% body fat, and gain muscle.
I have been on Lite N Easy the past week, and I know a lot of this must have been fluid retention etc but I am down to 64kgs!
Now I am looking to make meals by myself, now I have learnt portion control.
