Hi guys and gals.
I'm Matt and have hovering about 10 to 15kg overweight for the last 10 years or so, it never seems to go too high which is a good thing but never seems to drop either. I did weightwatchers online about 18 months ago and lost about 6 kgs but they have sneaked back on unfortunately. I have removed a whole lot of stress from my life and am ready to commit to changing my habits and getting down to 75kg and staying there. Life is too short to be unhealthy and lacking energy!
Anyway, I'm off to check out the rest of the forum.
