Hi Brian
Use the forum in whatever way will help you lose weight and get fitter. I suggest create a diary though, in which you write down your milestones and can reflect on them in the future when you need encouragement for the final set of hurdles. Don't forget that there is an entire website attached to this forum as well, full of articles and tools for health and weightloss.
