Hello...need some support

Postby carole86 » Wed Feb 26, 2014 9:05 pm

Hi All!

I have not been on here for a while but am back again to make a commitment to reach my goal weight and change my lifestyle for the better. I want to get down to a healthy weight as hubby and I are hoping to get pregnant in the near future.

I'll be weighing in weekly...thanks in advance for the support

Having a baby is a wonderful experience and I wish you all the best with it! It's really in your best interests to be as healthy as possible prior to pregnancy is being overweight dies have higher risks for some issues and overall will make the pregnancy more uncomfortable. But the thought of a little bubba is an excellent incentive to get healthy!

Are you following a particular book/eating plan/diet/gym?
